The bearing installation and disassembly of roller bearings are more convenient, especially when the inner and outer rings are required to have interference fits with the shaft and the housing, it shows its advantages. Such bearings are generally only used to bear radial loads, and only single-row bearings with ribs on the inner and outer rings can bear small axial loads or large intermittent axial loads. Compared with deep groove ball bearings with the same external dimensions, this bearing has a larger radial load capacity, and is also suitable for high-speed rotation from a structural point of view.

The commonly used methods for adjusting the radial clearance of full complement cylindrical roller bearings are as follows:

The backlash of cylindrical and elliptical bearing bushes can be adjusted by manual scraping or trimming and scraping after cutting the face of the bearing and padding.
The top clearance of cylindrical and elliptical bearings can be adjusted by manual scraping or adding pads to the bearing mid-section when conditions permit.
For multi-oil wedge fixed bearing pads, in principle, it is not allowed to scrape and adjust the bearing pad clearance. If the clearance is not suitable, replace it with a new one.
For the multi-oil wedge tilting bearing pad, it is not allowed to repair the scraping pad, and the pad should be replaced if the gap is not suitable. For tiles with adjustable thickness, the amount of tiles can be adjusted by adding a stainless steel pad under the adjustment block behind the tile, or by reducing the thickness of the adjustment block. Note that for multi-oil wedge tilting bearing pads, the thickness error between pads in the same group should be less than 0.01mm.
