(1) Standard board is a kind of particle board as the base material, the surface by the “melamine” (MELAMINE) professional processing treatment, with wear resistance, scratch resistance, high temperature resistance, easy to clean, acid and alkali resistance and other advantages of composite veneer, the English abbreviation for MFC (melamine veneer) MFC is widely used for panel furniture, office MFC is widely used as the main material for panel furniture, office furniture and kitchen furniture.
(2) Particle board originated from Europe, has a history of more than half a century, is a kind of wood from the broken by high temperature and high pressure processing of composite panels, has not easy to deformation, surface flat, physical properties of stable natural wood and other characteristics. Nowadays, European particle board production equipment and technology are the most advanced in the world. Compared with solid wood panels or trilaminate, the manufacturing of particle board does not require a large amount of logging, so that the valuable natural resources are effectively protected. Nowadays, human beings pay more and more attention to environmental protection and cherish health, which are closely related to each other. The whole particle board production process is in accordance with the international environmental protection grade 1 standard, that is, E-1 grade.
(3) What is E-1? Particle board, MDF, plywood and all kinds of man-made boards use a lot of glue, and the glue is mostly made of highly toxic formaldehyde (FORMALDEHYDE) as the solvent material. The furniture produced with high formaldehyde content will continuously release toxic formaldehyde gas, which will cause long-term irritation to the user’s eyes and respiratory system, resulting in a decline in lung, liver and immune system functions, seriously endangering health and life safety. Standard E-1 boards are 100% imported from Europe, and are subject to the strictest control from material extraction to production process, and the products are regularly tested by EU-accredited testing centers. At present, the national formaldehyde emissions of various types of man-made panels set at 40-70 mg / 100 grams, there is no regular random sampling and testing requirements, the market has a large number of “false E-1” “true toxic” panels, consumers should be doubly careful to choose.
(4) The standard moisture-proof board is 100% made in Europe. Its substrate in the production process added a special formula to improve the moisture resistance of the substrate, and injected green pigment to distinguish. If the substrate is immersed in water for 24 hours, its expansion rate is only 6-10%. Therefore it has good moisture resistance and is the material of choice for making kitchen and bathroom furniture.
(5) The melamine paper on the surface of the standard panel is developed by Standard Group in Europe, with a thickness of >0.1MM and a high melamine content.
